Issue

In the informative annex I of IEC61850-7-4 amendment ed2.1, in table I.1, the presence condition MoNamPlt, used in part 7-4, is missing. This is an editorial error.

Proposal

Add presence condition MONamPlt in table I.1, like it is in the consolidated version of IEC 61850-7-4 ed.2.1.
