Issue

In addition to Tissue #926 there is another issue with the Type of the hhLim, hLim, lLim, llLim, min, and max: Their type is now AnalogueValue, that means, it could be xxx.i or xxx.f

In case of xxx.i it is not possible to describe which scale and offset is used for the ".i".

Proposal

Solution 1:
Apply the same sVC as for the process values instMag and Mag. This should be explicitly defined in 6.5 Range configuration.

Solution 2:
Define the limits and min/max as INT32U, as is defined for limDb and db.
