Issue

The LN MFLK is used for operative applications as per its definition. However, several DO are missing to indicate that the flicker levels exceed the threshold settings or to send an alarm to the network control center. This is required to be able to trigger the disturbance recordings in order to analyze the supply quality.

Moreover, as per IEC 61000-4-15:2010, Clause 5.7.1, two settings are defined (Tshort and Tlong) to set the observation periods for flicker computation.
Tshort can be selected between 1 min to 15 min.
Tlong is an integer multiple N of the selected Tshort up to at least 1008.
