Issue

The derived statistic presence condition for DO with nds presence condition Omulti is specified with O for statistical objects.
This is in contradiction with the statistical and historical data from IEC 61850-7.1. It should be Omulti as well.
Issue was raised by TF UT - # 7001, and discussed with TF UML.
