Issue

The GTS extensions are missing from the NSDS definition, and therefore the verfication of the GTS can not be made properly.

Proposal

Provide the GTS definition in the 8-1 SNSD.

ProtNs was always expected to be included in the DOType as exposed in 8-1 myGTSL2 SCL example.
Additionally 7-1 K.2.4 mandates that optional extension of CDC with an attribute of an existing type/FC is achievable.
No compatibility issue expected with Ed2.1 Client.
