Issue

For some automation functions, FXUT is used and it requires DO Str, start information status, when threshold is reached. This is also required for FXOT.
This requirement is similar to any other Protection LN with threshold where there is Str.
In addition, it seems inconsistent to have StrVal, StrChr, OpDlTmms and RsDlTmms without having any start information, as it is the case in ThresholdLN.

Proposal

Add/Move DO Str to abstract ThresholdLN, so it is available for FXOT and FXUT.
