Issue

Think it is missing column named "Default priority" in Table C.1 in comparison with previous version (IEC 61850-8-1 ed.2.0 2011-06 p.149, Annex C, C.2, table C.1).

Proposal

Add missing column named "Default priority" in Table C.1:
GOOSE - 4.
GSE (deprecated) -1.
Sampled Values - 4.

Table C.1 was not changed and therefore is not in the AMD document.
IEC made an editorial error in the consolidated version by removing the column.
Propose the editorial change in the Consolidated Version Ed2.1 version to restore the column Default Priority with the following value:
GOOSE - 4.
GSE (deprecated) -1.
Sampled Values - 4. 		22 Aug 23 Approval (Editoral)
