Issue

According to 61850-7-500 (clause 11.2) LN Sxxx should be used like bay level (or higher - station level), because LN Sxxx usually get data from process level LN (check Figure 8 of clause 11.2).
Is it correct?

Proposal

If yes, sentence of 61850-7-4 clause 6.7.3 isn't correct: "...group S" have to be deleted from sentence and moved to clause 6.7.2 (definition of using GAPC).
