The description for the DO StrVal in PTDV looks to be a copy-paste from FrequencyProtectionLN and is not applicable in this LN:
"Frequency or frequency rate change setting; if this
level is exceeded, 'Str.general' becomes true."

Proposal

The description could be:
"Voltage difference start value setting; if this
level is exceeded, 'Str.general' becomes true."
