Issue

There is a discrepancy between the text of the IS (Amd.1) and the one of the INF.

The text of the IS was updated and states the correct sentence. The INF of Amd.1 (page 63) was not updated to the latest version of the text.

Proposal

If the text of the INF is needed for the further work, then replace in the INF the sentence "However, a state machine diagram … LGOS/LSVS.SimSt." with the sentence from the IS "However, a state machine diagram … IEC 61850-7-4."

AMD1 text is correct. The state machine had been moved from 7-4 to 7-1.
Correct text:
However, a state machine diagram can be found in Figure 80 and Figure 81 that describes the different states involved and illustrates the
supervision of GOOSE/SV subscription with regards to the active subscription state resp. the subscription to simulated stream. The affected Data Objects are defined in the Logical Nodes LGOS and LSVS in IEC 61850-7-4.

The text in the INF had not been updated:
However, a state machine diagram can be found in IEC 61850-7-4 that describes the different states involved and illustrates the supervision of GOOSE/SV subscription with regards to LGOS/LSVS.St and
LGOS/LSVS.SimSt.

Propose to move to editorial change.
