Issue

The LN SOPM provides multiple alarms for various problems of the Operating mechanism but does not have a DO EEHealth.

Proposal

Add a DO EEHealth to SOPM (and possibly all condition monitoring LNs) to provide the possibility to have a summary alarm of the Equipment part that is supervised by that LN

Agree that EEHealth may not be the right solution as indeed SOPM is the monitoring function and not the interface to the operating mechanism. It is not the intention of SOPM to represent the primary equipment function and resp. EEHealth for the external equipment health. SOPM is just the monitoring function.
