The discussion in TF 90-3 with proposer of this tissue came to the conclusion that the current standard (part7-4) has no interoperability issue. Therefore TF 90-3 will provide a solution for the future edition. An solution for the customer could be implemented by vendors on private basis.

Yes, On- and Off-coils exist.
I suggest to forward this tissue to the task force for the revision of IEC 61850-90-3 (Condition based maintenance), where the topic modelling the coils could be discussed.

Yes, there are separate coils for the circuit breaker, e.g. for the ON command and for the OFF command (with single-phase CBR and also with three-phase CBR) This is not a special configuration but is common on the market. To monitor the coil currents (separately for the ON coil and the OFF coil of the same CBR or the same phases), two instances of the DO CoilA are required. 08 Sep 21 Triage
I am not sure.
In the TR IEC 61850-7-500 for the CBR (single phase) it is recommended to model one SCBR per phase.
Maybe in special configurations there exists 2 or more coils per phase (in a chain ?).
Is this the intention of the tissue? Do we want to support such a solution?

SCBR is related to the CB contact; so typically we have multiple coils related to one breaker 		27 Aug 21 Triage
