Issue

The structure data type can’t have a ‘data’ nested bloc (See IEC 618508-2 Table 19)

Proposal

In our implementation, we replaced the following structure defined by IEC 61850 8-2

Looking at the schema definition of xsd:element name=structure within the listOfData.Data : it is a sequence of Data.
Table 19 is conformant to the schema "IEC61850-8-2.xsd".
