Issue

Missing Logical Node for moddeling a Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB). A MCB can be operated many times compared to XFUS which only can opened once, as stated in 6.16.3.

Proposal

Make a Logical Node for a MCB.

The requirement is accepted. We have already discussed the need for a LN of MCB in WG10 in the last meeting. we have decided to work on it (within a model of auxillary power network).
The model of MCB is not an interoperability issue. So I suggest to state it as "Future improvement". 		29 Jul 20 Triage
