Issue

The attribut Namespace name: “IEC 61850-7-4:B” is wrong in the amendment and in the consolitated document of part 7-4.

Namespace version and revision are correct.

The Namespace attributes in the NSD file are correct.

Proposal

The correct Namespace name is "IEC 61850-7-4:2007B" like in the paragraph/table below.
