Issue
In Annex A table A.1 use of E2E security is marked as mandatory, however according to Annex G.4 it is allowed not to use it for "specific use cases when an appropriate security study has shown that the end-to-end security mechanism is not required"
Proposal
Since Annexes A and G are marked as normative use of E2E security should be marked as optional in table A.1

When writing the annex G.4 we have considered that the usage of E2E security was optional in this particular case but that the support was however mandatory for an implementation, as specified by Annex A.1.
