Issue

Between the logical nodes ZBAT (IEC 61850-7-4) and DBAT (IEC 61850-7-420, renamed from ZBAT of IEC 61850-7-420:2009 in tissue 945) some data object (DO) names have been harmononized.
They are defined now in a new abstract logical node BatteryLN of IEC 61850-7-4 Ed.2.1.
The following DO names of logical node DBAT have been changed:
BatVHi -> BatHi
BatVLo -> BatLo
HiBatVAlm -> HiBatVol
LoBatVAlm -> LoBatVol
[Decided by joint editors and UML manager's phone conference at 2015-03-23]
