Issue

The logical nodes ZBAT and ZBTC will be renamed to DBAT and DBTC, resp., to differentiate them from auxiliary battery logical node ZBAT defined in IEC 61850-7-4.
[Decided in WG17 meeting Zagreb, 2012-09-28]
More changes are to be expected to these logical nodes DBAT and DBTC as soon as technical report IEC 61850-90-9 will be released.
