Issue

In tissue 1225 it has been decided that logical nodes ZINV and ZRCT shall be moved to IEC 61850-7-4 Ed. 2.1.
Later on this decision has been questioned by IEC 61850-7-4 lead editors and IEC TC57 WG17 stakeholders.
Therefore in the WG17 meetings at Quebec (June 2014) and Paris (Sept. 2014) and in the joint editors and UML model managers phone conference at 2015-01-26 it has been decided to keep ZINV and ZRCT in IEC 61850-7-420 but to rename them to DINV and DRTF, resp.

Proposal

- Rename ZINV to DINV.
- Rename ZRCT to DRTF.
- Revert prior tissue 1225.
