Issue

The logical nodes ZINV and ZRCT have been moved to IEC 61850-7-4 Ed. 2.1
[Decided by joint UML manager's phone conference at 2013-11-18]
Please note that several data objects of these two logical nodes have changed their names, common data classes or presence conditions due to various Tissues on part IEC 61850-7-420.
Furthermore several data objects that were defined in both LNs ZINV and ZRCT have been moved to a new abstract LN ConverterLN in IEC 61850-7-4 Ed. 2.1.
