Issue

In tissue 1218 it has been decided that logical node MFUL shall be renamed to SFUL and moved to IEC 61850-7-4 Ed. 2.1.
Later on this decision has been questioned by the IEC 61850-7-4 lead editors.
Therefore in the joint editors and UML model managers phone conference at 2015-03-16 it has been decided to keep MFUL in IEC 61850-7-420 but to rename it to DFUL.

Proposal

- Rename logical node MFUL to DFUL
- Revert prior tissue 1218.
