Issue

The logical node MFUL has been renamed to SFUL and moved to IEC 61850-7-4 Ed. 2.1
The following data objects (DOs) have been renamed from IEC 61850-7-420 Ed1. to IEC 61850-7-4 Ed.2.1:
- AccOpTms => AccmOpTms (see Tissue 922)
- Currency => Ccy (see Tissue 992)
- FuelEffCoef => FuelEfcRtg (see Tissue 903)
- AccTotFuel => AccmTotFuel (see Tissue 922)
- AccFuel => AccmFuel (see Tissue 922)
- AccFuelRs => AccmFuelRs (see Tissue 922)
- AccOpTmRs => AccmOpTmRs (see Tissue 922)
[Decided by joint UML manager's phone conference at 2013-11-18]

Furthermore the condition of DO AccmFuelRs will change from M (mandatory) to O (optional) - see Tissue 950
