Issue

Conflict between IEC 61400-25-6 (TC88 JWG25) and IEC 61850-7-420 abbreviations:
- In IEC 61850-7-420: 'Wup' means 'Wake up'
- In IEC 61400-25-6: 'Wup' means 'Windup'

Proposal

Create a new abbreviation 'Wkup' for 'Wakeup' (i.e. update the IEC 61850-7-420 abbreviations list accordingly) and change all affected IEC 61850-7-420 Data Objects (DOs) accordingly.
This affects the following DOs:
- Rename DPVC.TrkWupV to TrkWkupV
- Rename DPVC.TrkDlWupTms to TrkDlWkupTms
