Issue

In LN AVCO (voltage control) a DO SptVol is modelled. There is an inconsistency with ZSCR.VolSpt (semi-conductor controlled rectifier) with the same semantic.

Proposal

Rename the DO AVCO.SptVol to AVCO.VolSpt. Change name also in the description table 10, chapter 6.
