Issue

Potential of harmonization with -7-4:
- DRCS.Loc: Reverse the meaning of the True/False values, as in e.g. LLN0.Loc
- DRCC.LocRemCtl: Rename to LocSta, as defined in LLN0
- DRCC.AutoManCtl: Rename to Auto, as used in several Axxx LNs

Proposal

- LN DRCC shall inherit now from AutomaticControlLN abstract class. Consequently data objects (DO) DRCC.AutoManCtrl has been removed in favour of AutomaticControlLN.Auto, and DO DRCC.LocRemCtrl has been removed in favour of ControllingLN.LocSta.
- LN DRCS now inheriting from ControllingLN abstract class. Consequently data object (DO) DRCS.Loc has been removed in favour of ControllingLN.Loc.
