Issue

Several data object (DO) name of logical node DRAT do not start with 'Max' although they describe a maximum setting.
Furthermore the data object name 'WRtg' is duplicate. By renaming the first DO 'WRtg' to 'MaxWRtg' this issue can be solved.

Proposal

- Change DO name of DRAT.TmpRtg to DRAT.MaxTmpRtg.
- Change DO name of DRAT.FltARtg to DRAT.MaxFltARtg.
- Change DO name of DRAT.FltDurTms to DRAT.MaxFltDurTms.
- Change DO name of DRAT.VARtg to DRAT.MaxVARtg.
- Change DO name of first occurrence of DRAT.WRtg to DRAT.MaxWRtg.
- Change DO name of DRAT.VarRtg to DRAT.MaxVArRtg.
- Change DO name of DRAT.TmpRtg to DRAT.MaxTmpRtg.
