Issue

LN DTRC has two DOs named AziDeg and two DOs named ElDeg; one pair is APC, another pair is MV. This is forbidden according the SCL schema, all DO names in a LN must be unique!

Proposal

Change CDCs APC to ASG and rename the DOs having formerly the CDC APC to DTRC.AziDegTgt and DTRC.ElDegTgt
