Issue

The data object (DO) name of MFLW.FlwVlvCtr is inconsistent to the abbreviations list in clause 4 of IEC 61850-7-4 Ed. 2.
'Ctr' means 'Center', and for control the abbreviation Ctl is defined.
Furthermore the CDC of MFLW.FlwVlvCtr is APC but from its decsription it is a setting, not a control.

Proposal

Change DO name of MFLW.FlwVlvCtr to MFLW.FlwVlvTgt (Tgt stands for 'Target') and change its CDC from APC to ASG.
