Proposal

Rename DGEN.AVR to DGEN.AVRPct

Proposal:
- Use the existing abbreiviations 'Auto', 'V' (for 'Voltage') and 'Reg' (for 'Regulation') from IEC 61850-7-4 instead
- Change this DO name to DGEN.AutoVRegPct
