Issue

Part 8-1 introduces the IP-UDP-PORT and the IP-TCP-PORT address types (P-types). These are missing the predefined types "tPredefinedPTypeEnum".

Further, there are no pre-defined corresponding XSD types for those in SCL.

Proposal

Complete "tPredefinedPTypeEnum" with the two missing values.

Add two types "tP_IP_UDP_PORT" and ""tP_IP_TCP_PORT" deriving from "tP_Port".
