Issue

The SGCB has an optional ResvTms attribute similar to BRCB. The BRCB has a ResvTms Services - ReportSettings and I propose to do the same for Services - SettingGroups

Proposal

Append resvTms="true" after SGEdit and ConfSG. The default value is false.

Accepted. The attribute resvTms will be added to the SGEdit element and the ConfSG element with default value FALSE. The value TRUE at SGEdit will mean that the appropriate SGCB (SettingControl) attribute is online visible. The value TRUE at the ConfSG element will mean that its value is configurable with SCL (by a system tool)at the SettingControl element (see Tissue 687). 30 May 12 Discussion (red)
