Issue

There are requirements to test control application with XCBR in Beh=Blocked controlled by CSWI in the Beh=ON. The control sequence should be acknowledged positive, the LN XCBR should react with opRcvd, opOk, topOk.

Proposal

Change Annex A in Beh/Mod=Blocked positive on normal commands (a+ ack pos). Change part 7-3 (semantic table) of opRcvd that it is also usable in Beh=Blocked.
