Issue

61850-6 (ED.2) has added some additional basic datatypes (e.g. Currency and some others). Encodings for these need to be provided in Table 15 for completeness.

Proposal

As an example, based upon the current mappings in the table, Currency would be encoded as a 35 byte VisbleString, but it should be 3.

Additionally, this tissue is ED.2 related, but there is no Tissue list for 9-2 ED.2 that I can find. This needs to be created.
