Issue

1) The abbreviation of intervall in "4 Abbreviated Terms" is Intv and not Inv
Therefore, the "Voltage adjustment interval (in ms)" in CSYN has to be VIntvTmms and not VInvTmms.
2) In the Semantic table 10 (chapter 6)there is only VIntVTms without referring to ms and not correctly VIntvTmms

Proposal

1) Correct in CSYN on page 36 VInvTmms to VIntvTmms

2) Correct in table 10 on page 136 VInvTms into
VIntvTmms "Voltage adjustment pulse intervall in ms"
