Issue

The descriptions of the DO ClsLim and OpnLim are not 100% correct. It should be expressed in relation to the maximum opening of the valve.

Proposal

Change the description in the LN table to:
ClsLim Close limit as percentage of the maximum opening valve.
OpnLim Open limit as percentage of the maximum opening valve.

In the semantic table:
OpnLim Open position limitation, percentage of maximum opening of valve, actuator or other device.
ClsLim Close position limitation, percentage of maximum opening of valve, actuator or other device
