Issue

SCL 3.0 should cover all bTypes define/use in Ed1 series as well as in Ed2 series. An SCD file with SCL 3.0 should be able to describe object model of Ed1 devices. But VisString65 (used by attribute SBO within 8-1) is mising in SCL 1.4.

Proposal

Add VisString65 to the bType enum list
