There is no 61850 profile for Web Services or OPC UA. Those exist only within IEC 61400-25-4 but not within IEC 61850!

Proposal

Skip words in brackets, that is "IEC 61850-8 & 9, Web Services, OPC/UA" and replace with "MMS (IEC 61850-8-1), Sampled Values ... (IEC 61850-9-1), SOAP based Web Services (IEC 61400-25-4), OPC/XML-DA (IEC 61400-25-4), IEC 60870-5-104 (IEC 61400-25-4) and DNP3(IEC 61400-25-4)"
