There is no data attribute semantic table included for new Common Data Classes

Proposal

Include Data Attribute Semantic Table for new defined CDCs

Discussion Created Status
It is correct to state that data attribute semantic must be define in IEC 61850-7-3.

For data name semantics, it is proposed to extend the table found in IEC 61850-7-4:2010 with elements from 7-420 and to include this in the next edition of 7-420. This table can be automatically generated using the UML model with all IEC 61850 data names and could be replicated in all 7-4XX documents. 		22 Oct 13 Future Improvement
