Issue

IEC 61850-6 Ed.2 describes the input section detailed. Unfortunately in 9.3.13 this is called "Inputs Section" so it is difficult to find in the standard.

Proposal

Change to "Input Section" as in the rest of the document.

Partly accepted. The element in SCL is Inputs, and not Input. Therefore Inputs is OK, however it should be marked as being the element name in SCL, and not the (informal) name. 01 Sep 11 Discussion (red)
