2. How to define the equipment using the measured signal from CTR?

Discussion Created Status
The modeling of physical wiring to the process is out of scope of IEC 61850. Physical cabling of serial connections is done between IEDs in the Communication section. The logical relationship can be shown by allocating the logical node containing the counter to the CTR - although typically counter values are allocated to the bay for which they count the energy. Signal connections between logical nodes can be modelled with the Edition 2 data objects InRef and BlkRef of CDC ORG. 28 Sep 11 Not Applicable
