Issue

In LN LLN0 there is modelled DO OpTmh. The semantic is not clear. If we want to express the time how long the IED is in operation OpTmh should be moved into LPHD.

Proposal

Move OpTmh from LLN0 to LPHD (optional)(proposal from WG10 meeting in Seoul).
