Issue

Annex G shows functional diagram of the autorecloser.
In the diagram the state "Unsuccessful" is shown twice and the on page 120 written state "Cycle unsuccessful" is missing.

Proposal

Change the value of the last AutoRecSt-state-item (path from Circuit breaker closed with condition "RecCyc >= RecUse/UseCyc") from "Unsuccessful" to "Cycle unsuccessful"
