Issue

In LN ANCR, ARCO, ARIS, AVCO (all Automatic control LNs) the Data Object Loc is mandatory. But it shall be optional, becuase not in all devices for automatic control the Local/Remote concept will be used.

Proposal

Change Loc in A-LNs to optional, where it is mandatory.
The presence of LocKey, LocSta should be defined as: Optional where the DO Loc is present, otherwise forbidden.

Discussion Created Status
For clarification and no additional change:
This presence condition shall be considered also for e.g. IHMI and ITCI (modeled with the abstract NonProcessControllingEquipmentInterfaceLN).
