Issue

The Log element and its name is defined in 9.3.5. According to the schema the name attribute is optional, however there is no default name defined if it is not given.

Proposal

Within Edition 1 the Log did not need a name, because there could be only one log per LD, and therefore the default name was that of the LD instance. For backwards compatibility this shall also apply for edition 2, i.e. in case that the log element has no name attribute, the default name shall be identical to the value of LD inst of the LD containing the Log element.
