Issue

The ED.2 XSD restricts the size of a DOName to be less than that required by 61400-25-2

Proposal

Relax the maximum size restriction.

The current DO name length restriction is based on IEC 61850-7-2. If 61400-25-2 is NOT based on 61850-7-2, then they do not fit into the IEC 61850 framework and need to make their own SCL variant - or we need to modify 7-2. 21 Feb 11 Discussion (red)
