Issue

SIUnitKind (ord=1) and MultiplierKind (ord=0) have empty name, while all the other similar enumerations have a non-empty name.

Proposal

To have uniform processing and validation of these string values, have the above two use the string 'none' (similar to CurveCharKind for odr=0).

I support Christoph. At SCL level respective as text in a 'real' system it should remain the empty string. If this is a UML problem, name it emptyString, and replace at XML generation. 25 Feb 11 Discussion (red)
Assume you want to use these strings directly to display the unit. You would then e.g. suddendly read:
mV
noneV
kV
MV
I am not sure if that is a good idea. In fact, they shouldbe empty strings like "" 		12 Jan 11 Discussion (red)
