Issue

Annex G shows functional diagram of the autorecloser.
In the diagram there is a DO RecUse. This DO doesn't exist in the LN table.
Additionally IEC 61850-7-4 should not define functions normatively.

Proposal

Change annex G to "informative". Change the diagram.
