Issue

Edition 2 part 7-2 introduces a new configuration attribute ResvTms for the setting group control block, however there is no standardized possibility to set this value.

Proposal

To allow configuring the ResvTms value, an attribute 'resvTms' shall be added to the SGCB element. This attribute shall allow to configure the ResvTms value, even if it is not readable online. If it is missing, its value is per default 'infinite', i.e. no automatic time based termination of a reservation.
