The enum type definition in annex H is partly inconsistent to the description and LN tables.

Proposal

Her is proposed a new annex H for enum types.

Attached is the new annex H. (enumeration list)
Changes are:
- additional changes acc. some TISSUES until 2011-11-16
- append to all enum ID the word "Kind" and so synchronize annex H with the current work within WG10 reg. UML modelling .
