Issue

Data Object InsAlm, SPS, Insulation liquid critical (refill insulation medium), is defined as Mandatory. It needs to be Optional as this information is normally not required or is not available remotely. Few systems will have oil level information connected remotely. As it is Mandatory, every system includes the Data Object but there is no information behind it. That leads to a misleading for clients subscribing to this information as they will think that it is available when it is meaningless.

The semantic description of SIML.InsAlm should be improved. It belongs not only to the level of the insulation medium. So the data object keeps mandatory. 28 Jan 11 Discussion (red)
